The hotel offers free parking and is conveniently located near key attractions such as St. Mark's. The staff were extremely courteous and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast had a great variety of options, including some local treats that we thoroughly enjoyed.
The en suite bathroom was a bit small, which made it difficult to move around comfortably. Additionally, the shower had a bit of mold and could have been cleaner. However, the overall cleanliness of the room was good. If you're planning on driving, note that the hotel advertises free parking, but be aware of local parking regulations.

Nice place . Good location . Quite place with fantastic view from the terracy...
Breakfast is not included in the price and our families like not very much jam only in the morning :) - no cheese , no ham - only jam :)

The location was perfect, just a few steps from the main attractions. The staff was very helpful and friendly, providing us with useful recommendations. The breakfast was delicious and included a great variety of fresh food. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds.
The Wi-Fi connection was quite slow and sometimes unreliable. The noise from the street outside could be bothersome if you are a light sleeper and had a room facing the street.

We had a great stay at this hotel! Best aspects of our experience were the friendly staff, clean and spacious room, delicious breakfast, and convenient location near outlet village and transportation to nearby Venice.
No negatives from this place! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting this city or looking for a comfortable stay near Venice.
